A blog is a user-generated website where entries are made in journal style and displayed in a reverse chronological order
Long description:
The students get a subject to create a blog page. This subject can be anything from the curriculum or an actual theme. Everyone gets a different subject. Students must write without errors and must find a correct manner to express and structure their ideas. They must consider that not only the other students can read the blog but also the world wide web All students must read the blogs from the others and give online comments on the ideas. So interactive learning arises.

- Overcome the fear to write
- Share ideas unordered list element, thoughts and feelings with each other
- Learning and practicing foreign languages (when blogging in another language)
- Learning to structure arguments, information and to structure texts
- Replacement of making written essays in the classroom
- React to each other's points of view

- Writing exercises
- Learning to reflect and arranging ideas
Target group and number of learners/teachers:
No restriction. Ideal is a group of 15 to 20 students.
Time needed for preparation and performing:
Only time for instruction concerning how the blog site works and explaining the intentions and working method. Depends on the class group.

This can perfectly embedded in several courses such as languages, history, geography, religion, ...
Technical equipment needed:
Computer and internet connection.
Institutional context:
All schools or groups of students can use it.
